1. Delivery Locations

• We offer delivery across India, subject to serviceability at the customer's location.
• Delivery availability may vary depending on the product, location and logistics arrangements.
• For certain furniture and oversized products, delivery may be restricted to selected locations.

2. Delivery Timelines

• Home Décor & Accessories: Generally dispatched within 3–7 business days.
• Furniture & Lighting: Generally delivered within 7–15 business days.
• Customised or Made-to-Order Products: Delivery timelines will be communicated separately at the time of order confirmation.

Please note that these are estimated timelines and may vary depending on product availability, location, transportation and unforeseen circumstances.

3. Delivery Charges

• Delivery charges, if applicable, will be communicated before order confirmation or displayed at checkout.
• Additional transportation or handling charges may apply for remote locations, oversized furniture or special delivery requirements.
• Any applicable charges for stairs, lift restrictions or special handling will be communicated in advance.

4. Order Processing & Dispatch

• Orders are processed after successful payment confirmation.
• Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an update through your registered contact details.
• Please ensure that your delivery address and contact number are accurate.

5. Furniture Delivery & Installation

• Furniture deliveries may require additional coordination due to product size and weight.
• Basic placement and installation will be provided only where specifically mentioned in the product description or confirmed at the time of purchase.
• Electrical connections, civil work, wall mounting and other specialised installation services are not included unless explicitly agreed upon.
• Customers are advised to ensure adequate space, lift access and entry clearance before scheduling delivery.

6. Inspection at the Time of Delivery

We request customers to carefully inspect their products upon delivery.

• Please check the packaging and product condition before accepting delivery.
• In case of visible damage, missing parts or incorrect products, please mention the issue on the delivery receipt wherever possible.
• Any damage or discrepancy should be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery.
• Photographs and an unboxing video may be requested to help us investigate and resolve the issue.

7. Delayed Deliveries

While we make every effort to deliver orders within the estimated timelines, delays may occur due to weather conditions, transportation issues, logistical challenges, public holidays or other circumstances beyond our control.

We will keep customers informed of any significant delivery delays.

8. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing the correct delivery address and contact details.

If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address, unavailable recipient or restricted access, additional delivery charges may apply for rescheduling.

• In-stock products are generally dispatched within 3–7 business days.
• Furniture and larger products may require 7–15 business days for dispatch or delivery.
• Customised and made-to-order products will have separate delivery timelines communicated at the time of purchase.

Shipping Charges

• Additional charges may apply for remote locations, oversized products or special handling requirements.

2. Return & Exchange Policy

At Decorbagh, we carefully inspect and pack products before dispatch. However, if you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, we are here to help.

Eligible Returns

Customers may request a return or exchange in the following circumstances:

• Product received is damaged during transportation.
• Product received is defective or has a manufacturing issue.
• Incorrect product, colour or design has been delivered compared to the confirmed order.

All such issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Non-Returnable Products

The following products are generally not eligible for return or exchange:

• Customised or made-to-order furniture.
• Products manufactured or modified according to specific customer requirements.
• Products damaged due to improper handling or usage after delivery.
• Products showing signs of installation, alteration or misuse.
• Products returned without original packaging, where packaging is necessary for safe transportation.

Change-of-mind returns are not accepted unless specifically approved by Decorbagh.

3. Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged or defective:

1. Take clear photographs and videos of the product and packaging.
2. Contact our customer support within 48 hours of delivery.
3. Share your order number and supporting photographs/videos.
4. Our team will review the complaint and provide an appropriate resolution.

Depending on the situation, Decorbagh may offer repair, replacement, exchange or refund.

4. Refund Policy

• Refunds are processed only after the return or refund request has been reviewed and approved.
• Approved refunds will generally be initiated within 7–10 business days.
• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method, wherever possible.
• Bank or payment gateway processing times may vary.
• Shipping and handling charges, where applicable, may be non-refundable unless the issue is attributable to Decorbagh.

5. Order Cancellation

• Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting our customer support team.
• Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.
• Customised and made-to-order products cannot generally be cancelled once production has started.
• Approved cancellations will be refunded according to the applicable refund process.

6. Important Delivery Instructions

• Inspect the outer packaging at the time of delivery.
• Check the product for visible damage before accepting it, wherever possible.
• Mention visible damage on the delivery receipt.
• Keep the original packaging until the product has been inspected.
